Welcome to the Second Launch website. Whilst Second Launch will do its utmost to ensure that all the website is updated and correct at all times, please note the following:

  • Second Launch does not guarantee that all items included in the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, Second Launch will contact you by email.

  • Second Launch cannot guarantee that all information is up-to-date at all times. Second Launch may, at any time, amend the contents of the site.

  • While Second Launch does its best to ensure the correct text, images and pricing on the webshop are correct, errors may occur.

  • The colours of the products shown in the pictures on the website can differ somewhat from their actual colour; please note that this is due to the colour settings on your computer. Second Launch cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

  • All measurements and sizes are approximate and provided by each external brand. Please ensure to take a look at the correct measurement chart of the purchased brand for your sizing. Please have average sizing in mind and note that minor differences may occur.

Placing an Order

Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms of use before you place an order. The products you have placed in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have completed the order and received an order confirmation.

Second Launch webshop does not reserve items for future purchases, so if your items are missing from your shopping cart, you will need to re-enter your selection.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with your order number, details of the product(s) you have ordered, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the order confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and not an acceptance of the order. 

Second Launch may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been properly placed and processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about the order. The shipping confirmation is the acceptance of the order. Please note that Second Launch does not guarantee that all products presented on our website are in stock at the time of your order.


Second Launch uses Stripe and Klarna to handle the card payments. Stripe and Klarna provides the technical infrastructure for the transaction. This means that Second Launch does not store any information about the transaction other than what it receives from Stripe and Klarna.

The order amount will be captured from your card as soon as your order has been placed and approved. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your card. The following payments are accepted:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards.


Credit card numbers won’t be stored unless it is necessary to secure efficient handling of potential problems like withdrawal, cancellation of reservation and credit. Credit card payments are treated in a secure way through our payment provider Stripe. They are PCI Level-1 certified.


The prices shown on the website are shown in NOK. NOK being the currency for customers in Norway. If you are located outside of Norway and which to place an order with us, please get in contact first at

All prices include import taxes, custom duties and all state fees. Other than your purchase amount and shipping costs (depends on your chosen shipping option), you will not be charged with any other expenses.


You may purchase products on for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on our website, you certify that you are purchasing products for your personal use and not for resale and that you accept the Terms of use. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

Return Policy

The purchaser has the right to cancel and return the order. The cancellation period begins on the day after the goods are received.

The Purchaser must inform the Seller that he/she will exercise this right within 14 days after the start of the cancellation period. This time limit includes all calendar days. If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period will be extended until the next business day.

The deadline to exercise one’s right to cancel will be seen as met if notice is sent before the end of the cancellation period. The Purchaser has the burden of proof for demonstrating that the right has been asserted, and notice must therefore be submitted in writing via email.

When the right to cancel is exercised, the goods must be returned to the Seller within a reasonable amount of time and no later than 14 days after notice has been given on the intention to exercise the right. The Purchaser must cover the direct costs associated with returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. The Seller may not set fees for the Purchaser’s use of the right to cancel.

The Purchaser may check or test the goods in an appropriate manner in order to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods without affecting the right to cancel. If the checking or testing goes beyond what is reasonable and necessary, the Purchaser may be responsible for any reduction in the original value of the goods.

The Seller is obligated to pay back the purchase sum to the Purchaser without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the Seller received notice on the Purchaser’s decision to exercise the right to cancel. The Seller has the right to retain the repayment until it has received the goods from the Purchaser.

If the goods are defective, the Purchaser must notify the Seller via email, that they wish to invoke the defect within a reasonable amount of time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. The item must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after the defect was noticed.

If the goods have a defect and this is not due to the Purchaser or to conditions on the part of the Purchaser, the Purchaser may choose between repair and replacement, demand a price reduction or demand compensation from the Seller, according to the relevant circumstances.

The Purchaser may demand a suitable price reduction if the good is not repaired or replaced. This means that the relation between the reduced and originally agreed price corresponds to the relation between the item’s value in a defective condition and the condition according to the original contract. Notice should be given to the Seller in writing.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.


Due to hygiene reasons, Intimates may only be returned unopened and in original packaging. We cannot accept any returns  of Intimates if hang tags are detached, hygiene stickers are missing or visible usage. 

Shipping & Delivery

We offer standard shipping to any address in Norway.

All our orders are sent with Bring Norway and will be delivered to your delivery address or your local delivery point. All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 workdays from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including all shipment details like courier and tracking number. All orders are sent from Norway.

Second Launch will not be directly responsible for delayed shipping due to 3rd party courier or circumstances out of its control.

Returning your purchase

Place the item(s) in the original shipping packaging, or any other solid packaging. Close firmly and secure with tape. Sent back to sender address marked at your own cost, unless goods are faulty and have been accepted as faulty by the Second Launch team, return cost will then be covered by Second Launch.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Item(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition in the original packaging. Make sure all products are exactly as received, with tags still attached. Returns will be inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.


After we receive your item, the product will be inspected for any damages and/or use beyond necessary needs. Once this inspection is finished and approved by Second Launch, the process for your refund will begin. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than necessary.


Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Second Launch.

Second Launch has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Second Launch shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
